Returns & Damaged Shipments

Because these are food products, we do not accept standard returns.

If something arrives damaged, missing, or clearly wrong, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

For damaged shipments, keep the packaging until we have reviewed the issue. The carrier may require photos of the box, label, packing material, and damaged tins.
