Hinckley’s Tinned Fish Subscription

A rotating monthly selection of tinned fish, shellfish, and conservas hand-selected by Hinckley’s.

Each shipment reflects what we are most excited about stocking on our tinned fish wall. Depending on availability, that may include sardines, mackerel, tuna, smoked fish, mussels, squid, octopus, razor clams, pâtés, roe, and limited hard-to-get tins.

Some months lean toward familiar producers and classic preparations. Others go further into unusual species, stronger flavors, and harder-to-find tins. The selection may be smoky, spicy, rich, briny, or unexpected, with enough variety to expand your conservas pantry over time.

This subscription is suited to anyone who already enjoys tinned fish, wants help exploring more of the category, or is looking for a recurring food gift chosen with care.

Before ordering, you may select one available seafood exclusion. We will plan future shipments around that preference whenever possible.
