Return & Refund Policy
At Hinckley's Tinned Fish, we take great care in packing and shipping every order. Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at matt@hinckleymeats.com. Include your order number and photographs of any damaged items or packaging.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We cannot accept returns for products damaged due to improper storage after delivery, customer preference, or products that have been opened.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the error was ours.
