Doma Icelandic Cod Liver

Cod liver is remarkably rich, with a soft, almost pâté-like texture that's very different from the lean white flesh of the cod itself. If you've never had it before, foie gras is probably a better point of reference than canned fish.

Doma packs Icelandic cod liver in its own oil, preserving both the delicate texture and the considerable natural richness of the liver. It's a simple preparation and doesn't need much added to it.

Spread it on dark rye or toast with fresh lemon and thinly sliced onion.
