Nuri Spiced Sardines in Tomato Sauce

Nuri sardines in a spiced tomato sauce with olive oil, piri-piri, cucumber, carrot, clove, black pepper, bay leaf, and salt.

The sauce is on-point here: tomato gives the tin more body, while the spice and aromatics make it useful beyond the usual cracker-and-tin situation.

Serve over warm rice with the sauce spooned over the top.
