Wild Alaska black cod cheeks are seasoned with sea salt, brown sugar, black pepper, and garlic powder, then smoked over natural hardwood and packed in cultured butter. Black cod has a naturally rich texture, while the cheeks have a slightly firmer bite than the fillet.
Serve the tin slightly warm so the cultured butter loosens before opening.
