El Capricho Anchovies L+ Fillets in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

These anchovies are produced from Cantabrian anchovies, a fish long regarded as one of Spain's great preserved seafood products. After curing, the fillets are carefully prepared and packed in extra virgin olive oil. The result is a firm, meaty anchovy with balanced salinity and a clean finish.
