Fangst SILD No. 1 Norwegian Sea Herring Smoked w/ White Pepper & Ramson

Smoked herring packed with white pepper and ramson.

Firm pieces of herring with clean smoke, gentle pepper, and a little green allium from the ramson (wild garlic). This is a Nordic-style tin that belongs with rye, butter, and something pickled.

Serve on smørrebrød with pickled cucumber.
