José Gourmet Smoked Salmon in Olive Oil

Smoked salmon has a long history throughout northern Europe, where smoking developed as a practical way to preserve fish from cold rivers, lakes, and coastal waters. Today, it remains one of the region's most recognizable seafood traditions.

This tin pairs gently smoked salmon with olive oil, a simple preparation that allows the fish to take center stage. The salmon is rich and flaky. The smoke is very mild compared to most American products.
