Santa Catarina Gourmet Tuna Fillets with 4 Peppers and Olive Oil

Tuna fillets packed in olive oil with four peppers: black pepper, white pepper, pink pepper and cayenne pepper.

Firm tuna with pepper worked through the oil, giving the tin more seasoning without turning it heavy. This is an easy one to use when you want tuna that already has some direction built in.

Serve with warm rice, boiled potatoes, eggs, grilled bread, white beans, or a simple salad with parsley and vinegar.
