The Hosting Box

The Hosting Box is built around one of the easiest and best ways to enjoy conservas: a simple tinned fish board.

Each box includes 4-5 tins selected to provide contrast in species, texture, preparation, and flavor. A good conservas board - like a good cheese board or charcuterie board - generates conversation.

The Hosting Box might include a sardine, a shellfish, a mackerel or trout, and one or two selections that bring a little curiosity to the table.

No cooking required. Spend that time with your company instead.

Open the tins, add a big bowl of kettle chips or crisps, a few olives or pickles, and you're ready to go.  Build it for the middle of the table: poker night, wine with friends, sports gatherings, pool parties, picnics.

Contents rotate based on availability, but every box is assembled with the same goal: helping you put together a conservas board that feels thoughtful without requiring much preparation.
