The Over Rice Box

The Over Rice Box is a four-tin selection built around one of the simplest meals on earth: good seafood over a bowl of rice.

Expect a rotating mix of tins packed in tomato sauce, curry, escabeche, teriyaki, peperonata, and other preparations that pair naturally with rice. Sardines, mackerel, tuna, trout, squid, and other species may appear depending on availability and seasonality.

This box is designed for customers who want tins that can become lunch or dinner with very little effort. Cook some rice, peel back a tin, maybe chop some fresh herbs from the windowsill garden.
